What God Wants to do Within Us

God wants to work within you and me.He is a gracious father who wants to constantly be at work within us.

Philippians 2:13 For God is at work within you.

In God’s great love for you and me, He wants to work in our lives and bring about change. There are many things that God wants to do within us, but perhaps the greatest is that He wants to make His presence and love for us a reality in our lives. The result of what God wants to do in our lives is that we are constantly being changed, and when God changes us, the change is always for the better.

Sin is something that robs and destroys our lives. Sin separates us from God. God does not want us to be separated from Him. As a result He wants to work within is so that the issue of sin will be dealt with and in the process we will be able to know God.

Ezekiel 22:15 I will scatter you throughout the world and burn out the wickedness within you.

Ephesians 5:9 Because of this light within you, you should do only what is good and right and true.

The Lord is gracious and merciful. He is great in kindness and good to all. The Lord is righteous in all His ways and He wants to work within us.
